Our ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Project Management Software, Defect Management, and general construction workflows, which are essential in engaging effectively with potential clients in the construction industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough desk research to identify potential clients within the construction sector who could benefit from our technology solutions.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media, to introduce our suite of solutions and pique interest.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products to support clients with BIM model coordination, clash detection, CDE, project management, schedule optimisation, defect/issue management, and other construction workflows, to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Lead:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across targeted markets, with a focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and curate engaging content that positions dBilt and our partners as thought leaders in the construction technology sector, highlighting innovation and advancements.
  • Manage social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistent and impactful communication with our audience.

  • Background in the construction or construction technology industry, with a good understanding of BIM coordination, VDC, CDE, project management, defect management, AR/VR, digital twin, scheduling/planning, and field productivity.
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or construction technology, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience in presenting solutions like Procore, ACC, A-Site, PlanRadar, Navisworks, Revit,, Primavera P6, Cupix, OpenSpace, LiDAR, and similar technologies.
  • Must be based in a major metropolitan area within the Philippines and willing to travel as required to meet business needs.
  • Highly motivated, with a passion for driving the adoption of digital solutions in the construction industry.
